A pack of 50 extra receptionist minutes is £15 ex VAT (£18 including UK VAT). Buy up to 10 packs at a time. Extra minutes carry forward while access is active. There is no automatic overage charge.

A toolkit allowance counts a conversation, rather than every message. Research attempts may return limited data. Guru voice has its own start allowance and does not use the receptionist pool.

Connect your own calendar and prepare your receptionist with business documents. Phone numbers, provider connections and external delivery services may require separate setup or charges.
A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Connected receptionist conversations use the same business allowance. Your usage view shows consumed and remaining time. Text-only receptionist sessions also consume metered session time. Guru voice uses its separate start allowance.
The limited action pauses. You can wait for the next monthly allowance, change plan, or buy an extra-minute pack for the receptionist. There are no automatic extra-minute charges.
Billing shows the effective date and price before you confirm. Downgrades apply at renewal. Cancelling stops future renewal; saved documents and reports remain readable when paid access ends.
Headline prices exclude VAT. We also show the total including UK VAT at 20%. Checkout calculates the applicable tax after you provide billing details. Any Guru is part of Upstream Outcomes Ltd, the legal seller.
They are coming soon. Their reserved allowances are shown separately. You can use the other available roles without connecting these services.
Yes. Usage is shared by your business, including receptionist conversations and document storage. Creating another user does not reset or multiply those allowances.
